Guidelines for video production

  1. We suggest loading the bar with the correct weight before starting to record to reduce video length
  2. If possible, have someone film for you
  3. Suggested quality is high definition (720p, 1080i, or 1080p)
  4. DO NOT FILM IN 4K or higher: This will create large files with long upload times or too big to be uploaded
  5. Give the video file a unique name with no special characters
  6. We suggest watching your video on the site to ensure it has uploaded correctly
